SPA POLICIES

Reservations |
To ensure widest selection of treatments and
appointment times, we strongly recommend reserving your Day Spa
Services at least one week in advance, or call for availability. We
require your gift certificate identification for appointments
scheduled. Treatments that are more than an hour require credit card
guarantee. |

Spa Check In |
Arriving late may shorten the
time of your service, so that the next guest will not be inconvenienced.

|
Cancellations |
Your Technicians time is also very valuable, as
well as other guests who are waiting for availability to receive services.
Clients who must cancel or reschedule an appointment must do so 24
hours in advance, to avoid cancellation fees. Multiple services and
packages must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance, Spa Parties
of 3 or more requires 72 hours notice. Failure to cancel or reschedule
within the required time will result in full charge to the credit
card, as well as gift certificates will be forfeited, if applicable.

Children |
|
At Destination Spa and Salon, we love children, however, our spa is
an adult environment of relaxation and tranquility. Please respect
all of our guests’ right to privacy, do not bring
young children when you come to receive services. Clients under 16
years of age, must have a parent check in with them. Younger children
receiving services cannot be left unattended. |

| Personal Possessions |
|
We regret that we cannot be responsible for the
loss of or damage to personal articles. It would be best to leave
your valuables at home. |
